Cofounder, CEO & President

Owns brand strategy, partnerships, new product, and the exit, and is the company’s public face across brand, media, and press alongside Adrian. Co-founded Thirstie, the “Shopify for alcohol,” which drew a strategic investment from RNDC and backing from an investor group that included former chief executives of Coach, Citibank, and Credit Suisse, before its acquisition by Cocktail Courier. An early investor in companies later acquired by Groupon and Hootsuite. Trained journalist; 25+ years across American Express, Deloitte, and Accenture.

Lindsay Held
Partner, COO & General Counsel

Owns operations, growth, monetization, and retail, and leads legal. Co-founded ReserveBar in 2013, building the commercial platform behind the decade’s landmark celebrity spirits launches, including Aviation Gin, and the infrastructure powering brands later acquired by Diageo, Bacardi, and Proximo. The business was later backed by Silver Lake. Wharton MBA, Columbia JD.

Owns brand, marketing, and creator programming. As Director of Branding at Aviation Gin, helped build an $8M regional label into its $610M Diageo acquisition, driving 300%+ volume growth. Later, at Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort, launched Betty Buzz (Blake Lively) and Pantalones (Matthew McConaughey). Adweek Young Influential, 2020.
